AGENT APPLICATION

This Agreement Dated:

Is between BIG TREE MUSIC, 94, Carfax Avenue, Tongham, Surrey, United Kingdom, GU10 1BB herein referred to as the 'Company' and

Herein referred to as the Agent, AGREE that the Agent is registered to the Company to serve the Company on a Self-Employed basis providing music styled Events to promote and sell the Company's products in return for commission payments as set out below.

The Company Agree to supply the Agent with the Promotional material and all Products for sale Free of any charge to the Agent and the Agent accepts that all of the Company products are solely owned by the Company until such time as payments for the products from sales by the Agent to the Agents customers have been made and the payments received by the Company.

The Company Agree to pay the Agent for each sale of the Company's products on the basis of:-

for each Album sold at £ 8.00 the Agent will be paid £ 2.00

for each 'Hitmakers' Compilation Album sold at £ 6.00 the Agent will be paid £ 1.00

the Agent will be informed of any changes to these prices and any additional products 1 week before any changes/additions are made.

The Company Agree to maintain the Agents supply of all material and products at costs to the Company.

The Company Agree to provide Induction Training for the Agent and the Agent Agrees to attend any Training courses the Company organises for the Agent.

The Agent is requested to attend and bring as many guests as they like to the Company's Annual Party, (dates and times to be confirmed) where Prizes will be given out by the Company to the top selling Agents.

This Agreement can be Terminated at any time by either party by giving written notice to the other, this must be hand written and posted to the Company or Agents address.

Upon Termination of this Agreement the Agent Agrees to return All of the Company's Materials and Products at costs to the Agent within one week following the date given on the written termination.
